What if part of my order is out of stock?
The order may be split into multiple shipments. Items currently available will be charged and sent first. Out-of-stock items remain on back order. They are shipped later once available.
What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?
It is best to say no to the package if you see damage. If you take it, write down the damage with the delivery person. Keep the box and packing. Tell the company about the problem within three days so they can check it.
Can the delivery address be changed during transit?
You cannot change the address after the package has been sent. If you ask to change it, the package will go back to the sender. You will have to pay any extra costs.

Can discounted items be returned?
